I'd like to share a new slow cooker product with you. Vicky, the developer and owner of the Lid Pocket emailed and asked if I'd like to try her invention. It's pretty cool, and *perfect* for potlucks--- it's always a challenge to figure out what to do with the glass or plastic lid of the cooker while guests are spooning out the food.
